THE STORY

This painting was inspired by a meditation. I imagined pulling up the energy from the earth and through my heart, blooming into the universe. At the same time, the energy that creates worlds pours from the cosmos into the earth. It’s a visual meditation and prayer for love to spread throughout our lives and the world. The lotus flower symbolizes awakening, heart expansion, rebirth, and purification.
